Terms and Conditions for Training Courses
These Terms and Conditions apply to all training courses provided by Azura Consultancy. By registering for a course, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Booking & Registration
- Course places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment or an official purchase order.
- Bookings will be confirmed by Azura Consultancy via email once registration is complete.
2. Fees & Payment
- Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment must be received no later than 14 days before the course begins.
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT or local taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Additional bank or card fees may apply, depending on your bank.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- 30 days or more before the course start date: full refund of course fees.
- 15–29 days before the start date: 50% refund of course fees.
- Less than 14 days before the start date: no refund.
- Delegate substitutions are permitted at no additional charge.
4. Course Changes & Cancellations by Azura Consultancy
- Azura Consultancy reserves the right to change course dates, venues, or trainers where necessary.
- If a course is cancelled or rescheduled, delegates will be offered:
- a place on a rescheduled course,
- a credit towards another course, or
- a full refund of course fees paid.
- Azura Consultancy will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred as a result of course cancellations or changes.
5. Delegate Responsibilities
- Delegates are responsible for ensuring they meet any stated prerequisites before attending the course.
- Delegates must bring required equipment (e.g., laptop) where specified.
- Professional and respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, presentations, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Azura Consultancy and/or its licensed trainers.
- Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Certificates of Completion
- Certificates will be issued to delegates who complete the course in full and meet participation requirements.
8. Liability
- Azura Consultancy accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by delegates as a result of course attendance, except where required by law.
- Training courses are designed for educational purposes and do not constitute specific consultancy advice.
9. Data Protection
- Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for course administration and communication in compliance with GDPR.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
