Project Description
Technical advisory and peer review were conducted on DWDM solutions for national core and metro networks, including both terrestrial and subsea segments.
The scope included components and technologies related to ROADMs, amplifiers, and dispersion-management schemes. Technical advice was given regarding capacity expansion, vendor interoperability and replacement, and spectral efficiency.
Technical Due diligence and security assessments compared open and closed line systems, validated optical power budgets, channel plans, and evaluated fail-over strategies, with the aim of supporting reliable connectivity.
