For a new large-scale development in Saudi Arabia, we developed the ICT master plan and feasibility study for the development’s digital infrastructure, followed by the conceptual design of a Tier III Point of Presence, multiple edge and modular data centers, and the associated telecom centers.

The mandate also covered the master planning and conceptual design of the terrestrial and marine fiber optic connectivity network, the core network for 5G and cellular services, DWDM network and topology development, and capacity planning across the development. The work was supported by technology evaluations with techno-commercial analysis, GIS services and utility coordination, and Capex/Opex estimation for the full ICT scope.
